四工序開料機(jī)的主軸電機(jī)冷卻方式？

四工序開料機(jī)主軸電機(jī)在長時間的高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)作用下會發(fā)熱發(fā)燙，為了避免造成電機(jī)燒壞，所以數(shù)控開料機(jī)一般配備冷卻裝備；一般四工序開料機(jī)主軸電機(jī)的冷卻方式有兩種，一種是水冷，一種是風(fēng)冷；

風(fēng)冷：風(fēng)冷的主軸采用風(fēng)扇的方式來散熱；

從內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)來說，二者是統(tǒng)一的，都是采用定子繞線圈轉(zhuǎn)動；從電機(jī)的控制方式來說，水冷的是變頻控制的，風(fēng)冷主軸則不然，可以采用變頻和不變頻的方式控制；

水冷根據(jù)自身的循環(huán)流通，所以散熱效果優(yōu)于風(fēng)冷，從噪音方面風(fēng)冷噪音比較大，使用壽命和精度方面水冷都優(yōu)于風(fēng)冷，所以通常使用水冷方式的較多，從各方面性能來說水冷都優(yōu)于風(fēng)冷；
